Services

Silhouette Lab provides cosmetic medical treatments and services. The details of the services provided can be found on our website or communicated to you directly.

Consultation 

Before receiving any treatment at Silhouette Lab, you will have an in-depth consultation regarding your treatments. The practitioner will assess the suitability of the treatment for you. Please provide accurate information during the consultation to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.

Risks & Side Effects 

All treatments carry a degree of risk and potential side effects, which will be discussed during the consultation process and in your consent forms. At Silhouette Lab, your well-being and safety are prioritised. It is important to carefully consider this information before proceeding with any procedure and seek a second opinion if necessary.

Cancellations

While we are lenient and understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your appointment, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice when canceling your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot. Failure to advise us that you will not be attending will incur a late cancellation fee.

Payment & Refunds 

Payment for the services provided by Silhouette Lab must be made at the time of treatment. We accept several forms of payment, as outlined on our website or discussed during the consultation. Due to the nature of our treatments, refunds are not applicable.

Deposit & Cancellations 

Silhouette Lab requires a non-refundable deposit to confirm an appointment.

• We kindly ask that you inform us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you won’t be able to make it.

• You may reschedule or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the confirmed booking date.

• However, any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.

Coming in for Your Treatment 

We highly appreciate it if you could arrive at your appointment without any makeup or fake tan on, as this will save time during your appointment. Please be mindful that if you are running late to your appointment, the treatment will have to be shortened to accommodate the following client, and full payment will still be charged. Being over 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment will be charged.
